Warranty & Returns Policy

General Warranty

  • 90-Day Warranty: We offer a free 90-day extended warranty for most products. If you encounter issues, let us know, and we’ll evaluate the case individually.
  • Manufacturer Warranty: For the first 90 days, we handle warranty claims directly with the manufacturer for valid issues. Replacement products are sent after confirmation of the defect.

How to Request a Warranty

  1. Email customer service at [email protected] with details about the product and the issue.
  2. Receive a Customer Return Authorization Number (CRA#) for your return.
  3. Ship the product to us for evaluation. If a defect is confirmed, we’ll ship a replacement at no cost. If no defect is found, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Exclusions

  • No Warranty: Rebuildable Atomizers (RBA/RBT), Hybrids, mechanical mods, atomizers, cartomizers, clearomizers, tanks, and tips.
  • Glass Tanks & Juices: Not covered for shipping damage as Canada Post does not insure glass.
  • Aesthetic Preferences: Products with unique patterns, colors, or materials (wood, plastic, etc.) cannot be returned due to personal preference.
  • Modifications: Any hardware or software modifications void the warranty. Firmware issues must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
  • Clearance Items: No warranty provided on clearance products.

Shipping and Insurance

  • Customers must cover shipping costs for returns. If the product is found defective, we’ll ship the replacement for free.
  • Claims for missing or damaged packages are handled through Canada Post investigations. Replacements are issued based on their findings.
  • Products under $10 retail will not be replaced but credited instead.

Special Notice

  • Warranty on Joyetech / Wismec products is void if used with Smoktech components.
  • Refused or unclaimed packages will incur shipping and return fees.
