Provincial Flavor Compliance Notice
ATTENTION CUSTOMERS IN NOVA SCOTIA, PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND (PEI), AND NEW BRUNSWICK:
To comply with provincial regulations, we cannot ship flavored vaping products (e.g., fruit, dessert, or candy-flavored items) to your location.
How We Ensure Compliance:
If your order contains flavored products and your shipping address is in Nova Scotia, PEI, or New Brunswick, we will:
Automatically remove all flavored items from your order.
Process and ship only Health Canada-compliant, non-flavored products (e.g., tobacco or menthol flavors, where permitted).
You will receive an updated order confirmation via email after adjustments are made.
Full refunds will be issued for removed items within 1–3 business days.

Tracking & Insurance
- Tracking numbers will be sent to your email address on your order by Canada Post once scanned at their sorting facility, typically in the evening.
- Canada Post includes basic insurance of up to $100. For additional coverage, pls purchase ROUTE insurance.

Shipping Times: when you checkout, the shipping selection will show the probable delivery arrival date for you order, when you place order online, will give you an estimated arrival time range at check out page).
Definitions:
Local:
- Any address within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Regional:
- Other parts of Ontario outside the GTA, such as Ottawa, London, or Sudbury.
- May also include bordering provinces like Quebec or Manitoba, depending on distance.
National: Places other than above
Cutoff Time for Same-Day Shipping
- To ensure your order is shipped the same day, please place your order before 12:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) on business days.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM:
These will be processed and shipped the next business day.
*Lithium-ion batteries: Shipped via Expedited only due to shipping restrictions.
Damaged or Missing Products
- Claims for missing or damaged products must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- For lost packages, contact us before initiating a Canada Post investigation.
Special Notes
- Packages returned due to incomplete addresses will incur return shipping fees deducted from your refund.
- ID and signature are required for delivery. Failure to provide these will result in the package being returned, with fees passed to the customer.
- Glass items are shipped at your own risk unless additional insurance is purchased.
Remote Locations
- Canada Post may charge extra for remote locations, and delivery times may be longer.
Over sized Orders
- Bulky or heavy orders may require additional shipping charges. Quotes will be provided if necessary.
Store Pickup
- Select your preferred store location (if have selection) in the order comments. Orders placed by 12:00 AM will be ready for pickup by 5:00 PM, if there is any changes, you will be notified
Restocking Fee
- A 15% restocking fee plus shipping applies to unclaimed orders returned to us. Underage orders will not receive refunds and will also incur this fee.
