Shipping Policy
Tracking & Insurance
- Tracking numbers will be sent by Canada Post once scanned at their sorting facility, typically in the evening.
- Canada Post includes basic insurance of up to $100. For additional coverage, purchase ROUTE insurance.
Shipping Methods
- Canada Post: We use Expedited and Xpresspost shipping with a flat-rate system to save you money.
- Expedited: Free for orders over $95 before tax; $10 flat rate for $10-$95 orders.
- Xpresspost: Upgrade available at checkout for an additional cost.
- GTA Same-Day Delivery: Available for eligible orders. Check availability at checkout.
Shipping Times
- Expedited: 1-6 business days, depending on location.
- Xpress post: Typically faster than Expedited.
- Lithium-ion batteries: Shipped via Expedited only due to shipping restrictions.
Order Deadlines
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST (preferably 6:00 AM during high demand) usually ship the same day. Orders after 2:00 PM ship the next business day.
Damaged or Missing Products
- Claims for missing or damaged products must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- For lost packages, contact us before initiating a Canada Post investigation.
Special Notes
- Packages returned due to incomplete addresses will incur return shipping fees deducted from your refund.
- ID and signature are required for delivery. Failure to provide these will result in the package being returned, with fees passed to the customer.
- Glass items are shipped at your own risk unless additional insurance is purchased.
Remote Locations
- Canada Post may charge extra for remote locations, and delivery times may be longer.
Oversized Orders
- Bulky or heavy orders may require additional shipping charges. Quotes will be provided if necessary.
Store Pickup
- Select “Interac Email Money Transfer” and specify your preferred store location in the order comments. Orders placed by 9:00 AM Wednesday will be ready for pickup by 5:00 PM Thursday.
Restocking Fee
- A 15% restocking fee plus shipping applies to unclaimed orders returned to us. Underage orders will not receive refunds and will also incur this fee.
